Three Fresh Stills From 'Mutant Chronicles'

Sci Fi Wire has got its hands on three new preview images of "Mutant Chronicles". One of the pictures brings forth a closer look to Ron Perlman's character named Brother Samuel. The two others, on the other hand, display some of the scenes to be seen in the film.

"Mutant Chronicles" is set in the year 2707 when Earth is no longer recognizable. A war is raging between four giant corporations who control the planet, but when an errant shell destroys an ancient stone seal, mankind find themselves facing hideous necromutants with boneblades that grow from their arms. The mutants multiply by millions and they destroy all before them.

A red band trailer of sci-fi action "Mutant Chronicles" has arrived. Courtesy of IGN, the age-restricted video shares bits of the storyline as well as previews more on the action sequences to be seen in the movie that is loosely based on the role playing game of the same name.

The trailer begins with a scene in which a group of soldiers prepares to fight against the "enemy of men" as a hordes of mutant army released from an ancient buried seal storms in. When the battles against the mutants seem to be a lost cause, Corporations' leader Constantine decides to abandon the planet and leave countless innocents. But, few men choose to stay behind and try to save the planet from the mutants.

Impressive 'Mutant Chronicles' Teaser Trailer Hits

Before Paradox Entertainment have even set the release date of "Mutant Chronicles", a teaser trailer promoting that sci-fi horror film has been released. Posted firstly through Thomas Jane's official website, it gives movie lovers the first real look into the flick that is loosely based on the role playing game of the same name.

Timed at 1:35, the teaser doesn't help much in sharing idea of the plotline, but it surely unveils the devastation of the Earth and the troubling matters human are facing. Through it, viewers can watch great battle sequences as well as a gory scene in which a soldier gets stabbed with a sharp edged pole right on his face. Seemed to have a "The Chronicles of Riddick" feel, it uses the same score employed in "Lord of the Rings" trailers.

Early Mutant Chronicles Movie Stills Slip into the Net

Finally, there's something new to grab on the upcoming "Mutant Chronicles." The first group of production photos from the movie have joyously been brought online by now, many thanks to Omelete.com.br.

Not only the pictures point out the remarkable, artistic cinematography made for the sci-fi actioner, they also introduce us to some principal cast members of the movie in their portrayals. Among them are Devon Aoki as Valerie Duval, Thomas Jane as Major Mitch Hunter, and John Malkovich as Constantine.

This film was so bad it made dog soldiers look like a fucking masterpiece im just wounded that john malkovich was in it. Truely awfull 2 hours of my life that i will miss.
