Kill Bill Heroine Becomes Eloise's Caretaker

"Kill Bill" star Uma Thurman is set to star in family drama "Eloise in Paris". Variety reported that in the film adaptation of the children's novel series written by Kay Thompson, the 37-year-old Academy Award-nominated actress will be portraying Nanny, the governess of the titular character in the series, Eloise.

Scripted by Charles Shyer, Hallie Meyers-Shyer and Larry Spencer, the movie will be directed by Shyer. It will follow the journey of Eloise who goes to Paris for Fashion Week. Along the way she finds herself chasing after stolen dress with one of Europe's top designers.
