October 23, 2009 10:10:40Sugababes have given a look at cover art for their upcoming studio album "Sweet 7th". Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and new member Jade Ewen are pictured wearing black skimpy clothes and leaning against the wall.
"Sweet 7th" is going to be released in U.S. on November 23. The album will become their first effort after the departure of Keisha Buchanan. "It was about remembering what we are," said Amelle about the upcoming release. "And thinking about what we can be. We love this band. We love what we do. And we love the fact that every album is different from the last."

"About a Girl" is confirmed to be listed in Sugababes' upcoming studio album called "Sweet 7th" which will arrive in U.S. market on November 24. The dance track is produced by RedOne, the mastermind behind Lady GaGa's smash hit "Just Dance". The album will become their first effort with new member Jade Ewen.
Sugababes Cancel Live Concert Due to Legal Issues

They opened up about the reason behind the cancellation on their official website, "Following the recent and well documented change of line-up to Sugababes, there are a number of legal issues to be finalized by all parties in order that the band can move forward."
"I haven't signed a contract so we can't perform as Sugababes," new member Jade Ewen explained further. "The previous line-up signed up to do the show and there's money involved. Until lawyers get this sorted I can't sing with the band. It's really annoying - I'm raring to go."
Sugababes' Amelle Reportedly Receives Death Threat Following Keisha's Exit

"Her management have received thousands of abusive letters whilst her Twitter page has been overrun with them," a source told The Sun.
Due to those issues, Amelle is said to be hiding and "won't be hitting the club scene until everything has died down." There was even a report suggesting that her family had filed a report about a missing person to police. However, Amelle was quick to deny it writing on her Twitter, "MISSING!!!? They release their album 'Sweet 7th' on November 23rd through Island Records. Keisha Buchanan will continue to record for Island Records as a solo artist." The confirmation, thus, puts the brake to earlier report claiming Amelle, who joined the group after founder member Mutya Buena left in 2005, has parted ways with the band.

"It's hard to see anyone not being nice to Amelle because she's so sweet," he said. "I ain't spoke to her but I hope she's alright and they get back together."

"Get Sexy" is recorded for Sugababes' upcoming seventh studio album which is yet to be titled. Other new tracks in the record haven't been disclosed, but recent rumor suggested powerhouse producer RedOne and singer/songwriter Ne-Yo will make contribution to this studio project.

Now, the Irish boy band scores another record, their 13th number one hit, with their cover version of ballad "You Raise Me Up." With the single, Westlife successfully knocks the top of the British singles charts, sets aside last week's top track "I Bet You Look Good on the Dance floor" by rock band Arctic Monkeys to No. 2.
In the third slot of the charts is Sugababes' "Push The Button," which drops one place after previously spent three weeks at the top. British singer Kate Bush, in addition, makes her return to the charts with "King of the Mountain" from her first album to be released in 12 years at No. 4. Elsewhere, Robbie Williams' "Tripping" moves from number four to number five, though his album "Intensive Care" is still the king of the album chart.
