Olga Kurylenko Hopes to Reprise 'Quantum of Solace' Role

Talking about her "Quantum of Solace" role, the Ukrainian-born actress revealed that she had so much fun shooting for the action movie, she would not miss the opportunity to do it again should the Bond producers offer her the chance.
"It wouldn't be for me to decide, but I'd go for it because when we filmed last year it was so much fun," the 29-year-old was quoted by Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying. "Why would I refuse that fun again?" Beside confessing on her willingness to play Camille again, she shared what is needed to be a Bond girl, "To be a Bond girl you need courage, charm, determination and feistiness."

Royal Gala for 'Quantum of Solace' World Premiere
October 30, 2008 09:10:51Highly anticipated by many of James Bond's fans, "Quantum of Solace" has delivered one memorable world premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square in London. On Wednesday, October 29, this first screening event for the 22nd Bond movie has become a royal gala benefiting Help for Heroes and the Royal British Legion with the attendance of the British princes, William and Harry.
In company of the princes, Bond star Daniel Craig arrived at the premiere fully dressed in black tuxedo. Still sporting a sling for his injured shoulder, Craig was accompanied by his partner U.S. producer Satsuki Mitchell. Joining him for the event were his co-stars, Olga Kurylenko, Gemma Arterton, Giancarlo Giannini, Judi Dench and Mathieu Amalric, as well as Bond filmmakers, director Marc Forster and producer Barbara Broccoli.

Three out of the five stills are focused on Daniel Craig as the agent 007 and Olga Kurylenko as Camille in action, while the remaining two expose a car sequence and a still where Bond and Camille walk side-by-side beside a ruined structure.
One of the Craig's photos put on the news photo displays bloodied and grubby Bond holding his gun straight in front of him, aiming at an unseen target, while the other one presents him maneuvering a speeding boat. Apart from the Bond pictures, another still let out Camille laying down on the floor while defending herself with a gun.
'Quantum of Solace' Cast Rumored Caught in Gang War, Producers Clarify
February 19, 2008 04:02:58Following the uprising reports that James Bond's star Daniel Craig and the rest of cast and crew were caught in a middle of a gun battle between two rival gangs in Panama, "Quantum of Solace" producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli cleared out the rumors. According to MI6 News, the producers have released joint statement denying the reports stating that it was a misunderstanding.
Letting out assurance that the cast and crew haven't been threatened in any way possible, the statement read, "The filming of 'Quantum of Solace', with director Marc Forster at the helm, is on schedule and will continue as planned in Panama. None of the cast or crew have ever been in danger. Reports of troubles with gangs are untrue. The protests are to do with the fatal shooting of a construction worker in Colon and are unrelated to our filming activities. Our cast and crew have not been threatened and no thefts or muggings have occurred." Further, they noted that the untrue reports made by British newspaper The Daily Star have made the cast and crew's family in the U.K. stressed out.

Begin to line up names following the inclusions of Timothy Olyphant and Dougray Scott, the filmmakers of "Hitman" have successfully enticed the likes of Olga Kurylenko, Robert Knepper, Ulrich Thomsen, and Michael Offei to gather together in the film's cast, Variety has learned.
Adapted from the Eidos popular video game, the thriller finds Olyphant assuming the role of Agent 47 who is hired by a group dubbed "The Agency" to kill targets for cash. Things, however, go awry for him as he later ends up being chased by Interpol and the Russian military as well as Scott's character.
