Cartel Rocking an Abandoned Warehouse in 'Let's Go' Music Video
October 14, 2009 03:10:21Rock band Cartel are rocking out loud in a Paul Boyd-directed music video supporting their new single "Let's Go". A number of screaming fans are captured gathering in an abandoned warehouse in order to see their performance.
"Let's Go" is the lead single from Cartel's upcoming third studio effort "Cycles". The album is aimed to follow up their 2007 self-titled record entitled "Cartel" and going to be released across United States on October 20. The band will celebrate the release day by making an in-store performance in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sean Penn Drops Out of 'Three Stooges' and 'Cartel'
June 17, 2009 03:06:27"Milk" actor Sean Penn has pulled out of his two forthcoming movie projects, "Cartel" and "The Three Stooges". The 48-year-old star cited personal reasons as the causes for his exit, Universal Pictures and MGM have announced.
With Penn leaving "Cartel", Universal Pictures are now scheduled to recast his role. Additionally, the studio have put together a list of potential actors to replace Penn and hope to find the right actor in early date in the fall.
Wyclef Jean to Pay Cartel a Visit Inside 'Bubble'

Wyclef Jean will visit the band Cartel who has been living inside a 'bubble' placed at Hudson River Park's Pier 54 in New York City. The singer will work with the band on the song "Wasted" that is to be included in Cartel's second album.
Before Wyclef, Cartel has had collaboration with Choir of Harlem and New York street musicians on some tracks for this album. The band will leave the bubble on June 12 and immediately hold a concert on the pier. The result of their album writing during the bubble stay will be out July 24 via Epic Records.
