Suzette and Lavinia in 'The Banger Sisters'
Had they never meet when they were young and foolish, Suzette (Goldie Hawn) and Lavinia (Susan Sarandon) would not enjoy each other's company. In fact, none, not even Lavinia's own daughters, could imagine that their prim and proper suburban mother, who keeps a perfect image as the wife of an aspiring politician, can have such friend as Suzette, a free-spirited bartender who is living from moment to moment. Though it takes times and a lot of persuasions for Lavinia a.k.a. Vinnie to warm up once again to her 'banger sister', she in the end enjoys living up her buried past just for one night.
