A quirky and dandy master criminal in disguise, that's what Tom Hanks has to offer with G.H. Dorr III In Coen brothers' 2004 dark comedy "The Ladykillers", Hanks tackles on a character unlike any other ones he'd ever played before, picking up the part of a villain instead of a good guy. With Dorr, Hanks gives birth to an overeducated and seedy aristocratic southern gentleman who assembles a gang of 'experts' for the heist of the century. He gives his Dorr a nervous, breathy laugh that emerges now and then.
