Rose McGowan Granted Restraining Order Against Stalker
Celebrity

After receiving a temporary order weeks ago, the Paige Matthews of 'Charmed' has got longer restraining ban against Louis S. Santos III.

AceShowbiz - Actress Rose McGowan has been granted a three-year restraining order against a man she's accused of threatening her life. The former "Charmed" star won a temporary ban against Louis S. Santos III in February, after alleging he phoned the actress' office and threatened her associates.

McGowan also claimed the Connecticut resident harassed her via text and Twitter, and made reference to his gun, leaving her "severely unnerved".

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kenji Machida made the order permanent on Friday, March 11, ordering Santos to stay away and refrain from contacting the actress until March 2014. The judge also prohibited Santos from trying to contact the "Machete" actress.

The 36-year-old Santo told The Associated Press in February that he had written a script for McGowan.

Both McGowan and Santos did not attend the court hearing.
