AceShowbiz - Dutch mixmaster DJ Tiesto is the latest celebrity to deny false death rumors after internet gossips reported he had died in a car crash. On Wednesday, July 7, links on Twitter.com claimed the DJ had passed away in an horrific road accident in California.
But hours later, after being made aware of his alleged demise, Tiesto took to his own Twitter page to assure fans he's alive and well. He wrote, "It's nice to read that people care about my life. Thank you for all the support. It's good to be alive and to get so much love from you."
Online pranksters have targeted a number of stars with false death stories, including Britney Spears, Tom Cruise, Jeff Goldblum and Kanye West.
