AceShowbiz - Woody Harrelson has reached an undisclosed settlement with a paparazzo who accused the actor of choking him during a violent bust-up in 2006. Josh Levine filed suit against the actor in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2008, alleging Harrelson broke his video camera, choked him and ordered his bodyguard to attack the photographer during the incident in Hollywood, California.

Harrelson countersued for invasion of privacy. According to court documents, Levine and Harrelson reached a settlement earlier this month - just weeks before the case was scheduled to go to trial. Details of the settlement were not included in court records. The case had been scheduled for trial in early May.

The Josh Levine case was not the only encounter Harrelson had with paparazzi. In 2009 he freaked out over snappers trying to get a picture of him and daughter after arriving in Mexico. He referred the incident as disorientation after filming "Zombieland".
