AceShowbiz - "Heroes" star Adrian Pasdar has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after he was arrested by police in January. The 44-year-old actor, who is married to Dixie Chicks' singer Natalie Maines, was pulled over by cops in the early hours of January 27 after he was allegedly clocked driving over 90 miles-an-hour (144.8 kilometres-an-hour) on a freeway in Los Angeles.
He was arrested after allegedly refusing a breathalyzer test, and held on $15,000 bail. And now Pasdar has been officially charged, according to TMZ.com. He faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. The star is due back in court on Wednesday, February 24.
Professionally, Adrian Pasdar made his big screen debut when he was 19 in movie "Top Gun". He continued to appear in several movies including "Solarbabies", "Near Dark" and "Secondhand Lions".
