AceShowbiz - Sean Combs, known as Diddy, and his son Christian Combs, also known as King Combs, have settled a legal dispute with their former law firm Summa LLP regarding unpaid legal fees.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Summa LLP alleged that the father-son duo failed to pay multiple invoices for over 100 attorney hours and 90 paralegal hours rendered since March 2025. The outstanding balance was reported to be at least $53,688.35.

Some of these legal fees were reportedly connected to a sexual assault lawsuit involving King Combs. The case was brought by Grace O'Marcaigh, who claimed she was working as a steward on a yacht allegedly chartered by Diddy just days before New Year's Eve 2022. Grace alleged that King Combs attempted to force her to perform oral sex against her will, causing her emotional and mental distress.

Grace filed suit against King Combs for assault and included Diddy as a defendant for allegedly aiding and abetting the assault. The current status of this lawsuit remains unclear.

Despite the legal complications, Summa LLP and the Combs family have reached a settlement regarding the unpaid fees, and the law firm has dismissed its lawsuit over the outstanding bill. Alejandro Barrientos, the attorney representing Summa LLP, confirmed the settlement but declined to provide further details.

This resolution closes one chapter in the ongoing legal challenges faced by Sean Combs and Christian Combs, allowing them to move forward without the burden of this particular dispute.
