AceShowbiz - Baby Keem has achieved a major milestone by debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart with his latest release, Ca$ino. The album, which came out under eerie times/pgLang/Columbia Records, earned 72,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during its first week, covering the period from February 20 to 26, according to Luminate data.

Streaming dominated the album’s consumption, contributing 55,500 units. This reflects a total of 56.7 million official on-demand audio and video streams of songs from Ca$ino. Traditional album sales accounted for 16,500 units, while sales of individual tracks from the album made up a negligible portion. For context, one equivalent album unit equates to either one album sale, ten track sales from the album, or a combination of streams (1,000 paid/subscription streams or 2,500 ad-supported streams per song).

In addition to topping the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, Ca$ino also secured the No. 1 spot on the Top Rap Albums chart, marking Baby Keem’s first leader on that list. The album also debuted strongly at No. 4 on the all-genre Billboard 200.

Prior to this release, the 25-year-old artist, whose real name is Hykeem Carter Jr., had appeared on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart with his debut album, The Melodic Blue. The song is the highest-charting track from Ca$ino, which places 10 songs on the 50-position Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart debuting simultaneously. The No. 8 entry ties with “Family Ties” as Baby Keem’s best performance on this chart to date. Meanwhile, Momo Boyd makes her Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs debut, and Kendrick Lamar adds his 39th top 10 hit, including seven No. 1s over the course of his career.

“Good Flirts” drew nearly all its chart success from 7.7 million official U.S. streams during the tracking week. It was the most streamed track from Ca$ino and debuted at No. 4 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs chart. The song also made an impact outside the genre, entering the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 34.
