AceShowbiz - After the loss of her husband, NeNe Leakes appears to have found new love. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was recently seen showing affection with a new man at a basketball game. He has been identified as attorney and NBA sports agent Arthur Earl Horne III.

However, reports have surfaced detailing serious past allegations against NeNe Leakes' new boyfriend. According to TMZ, Arthur Earl Horne III was arrested several years ago following accusations made by an ex-girlfriend in 2017.

The ex alleged that during a fight in her home, she was beaten and sexually assaulted. This led to Horne's arrest on charges of aggravated rape, kidnapping, and assault.

He was ultimately found not guilty on the more serious charges but was convicted of misdemeanor assault. For that conviction, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one month of probation.

In response to the report, Horne's law office stated to TMZ, "With respect to the misdemeanor, Mr. Horne has always maintained his innocence and accepted the outcome of that proceeding while never wavering from the truth." They added that the matter was resolved years ago and he has nothing further to say.

This new relationship news comes as NeNe Leakes is set to return to Bravo. She will not be on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but will appear in the upcoming special The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th. This marks her return after leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2020 and later settling a lawsuit against the network.
