AceShowbiz - Kaitlyn Bristowe, 39, and Jason Tartick, 36, who connected through their shared experience on "The Bachelor" franchise and dated for four years before splitting in August 2023, appear to have additional unresolved issues beyond their separation.

Bristowe accused her ex-fiance of petty move following their split. On an episode of her podcast "Off the Vine," the 39 reality TV star claimed her former partner named his new dog the very name she had cherished for her future child.

"I think it's mean and pathetic to name your dog," began Bristowe, before catching herself and questioning, "Am I going there?" She continued, "I'm making this clear - it's not that I'm not over him. I'm very much over him. I ended the relationship, I did not want to be in that. It felt icky to me."

Bristowe especially felt the mockery by Tartick, "I even have a text that says to him, I said, the day I met him, 'I want to name my baby Teddy.' I know I seem very angry, but it's more like, I don't like feeling disrespected."

"And I just have so many gross feelings from that, because for so long I was made to feel crazy, and now I'm like, 'Oh, I'm not crazy. I just saw what other people are seeing now.' "

Bristowe vowed this would probably be the last time she speaks on Tartick because discussing him brings up unwelcome emotions. "This will probably be the last time I will ever speak on him ever again, because I didn't for so long, and that felt really good," she said.

Bristowe previously said she felt financially "used" during their four-year romance. Despite both having similar incomes, she often had to ask Tartick to split bills every month, making her feel the financial imbalance.

"That makes me feel cheap. We had both very similar income. I felt like he was riding a wave," she lamented.

Tartick, on the other hand, announced his new puppy on Instagram, seeking suggestions for names from his followers. One commenter suggested, "Sooo cute! Teddy would be cute!," which Tartick ultimately chose. "Teddy Tartick! He smiles like a Teddy, has paws like a bear!" he wrote on Instagram.

The ex-couple's dog-related drama isn't new. They intitially shared custody of their rescue golden retrievers Ramen and Pinot post-breakup but ended the arrangement after noticing behavioral issues in the dogs. With Tartick's new pup Teddy now in the picture, it has become a new point of contention.

Regardless of the tension, one thing is clear: Kaitlyn Bristowe has drawn a line under the chapter with Jason Tartick, choosing to move forward with her life, despite the lingering feelings of disappointment.
