Living on a farm isn't just an aesthetic choice for Millie Bobby Brown - it's a way of life as the 'Stranger Things' star has embraced a hands-on, chaotic but fulfilling rural lifestyle with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.

AceShowbiz - Millie Bobby Brown has chosen a life far removed from Hollywood's sparkling lights. In recent interviews with Vanity Fair, the 20-year-old British actress opened up about her decision to reside on a farm in rural Georgia with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.

While picturesque and idealized farm living has become in social media trends, Brown insists her motivations are authentic. "I'm not doing it for the aesthetic," she said. "I'm doing it because I love it."

Brown and Bongiovi, the 22-year-old son of rockstar Jon Bon Jovi, tied the knot in May of last year. The couple enjoys a myriad of responsibilities on their farm, ranging from caring for their array of animals - including horses, cows, sheep, goats, donkeys, and rescue dogs - to engaging in actual veterinary practices.

Millie's love for animals even led her to create an animal rescue and take up veterinary studies. "I'm able to treat wounds, take their pulse, moderate blood pressure, things like that. I do all their medical records myself," she mentioned. Currently, she is working towards completing her externship to gain hands-on surgical experience.

Millie emphasizes that the farm lifestyle isn't for everyone. Contrary to the commonly held belief that farm living is serene and peaceful, she highlights its inherent chaos. "You think animals are peaceful. You think the South is peaceful. You think this place is peaceful. But there's so much chaos," she noted.

This chaos, as she elaborates, includes a mix of laughter, passion, and excitement, elements that she finds invigorating. "There is so much chaos, and that is where I thrive," she declared.

Furthermore, Brown refutes the notion that farm life is merely quaint or aesthetic. "If you're not picking up horse s*** or washing a cow with your bare hands, then that life is not made for you. At all," she stated bluntly.

Her remarks serve as a reality check to those who might glamorize farm living without understanding its demanding nature.

As Brown continues to juggle her acting career and her newfound role as a farm caretaker, her story serves as an inspiration to young people seeking a fulfilling life outside the confines of societal expectations.

The final season of "Stranger Things" is set to air on Netflix later this year, but for Millie, the real adventure unfolds every day on her farm.
