Bravo stars James Kennedy and Ally Lewber have called it quits after a tumultuous month following Kennedy's arrest on domestic violence charges, bringing to an end to a chapter in their personal lives.

AceShowbiz - "Vanderpump Rules" stars James Kennedy and Ally Lewber have decided to part ways, Lewber confirmed on social media. This announcement comes just over a month after Kennedy's arrest on December 10, 2024, in Burbank, California, for suspected domestic violence.

Despite the arrest, prosecutors decided not to file criminal charges against Kennedy, much to the relief of Lewber. "I am happy that prosecutors decided not to file against James, as I never desired criminal charges," Lewber shared on her Instagram Story.

She dished on what really happened on the night of his arrest, "We had an argument outside of his home related to him drinking again, however, I was not physically hurt. I was shocked by the headlines and disheartened by how the event was portrayed."

Lewber continued, stating, "We are no longer together, but I'll always support James and wish him the best with his sobriety and healing."

The couple's relationship, which began in 2022, played out in the public eye, featuring prominently on the Bravo series "Vanderpump Rules."

Kennedy's attorney, Scott Leemon, expressed gratitude to the Burbank City Attorney's Office for their thorough investigation, which ultimately led to no charges being filed. "Their diligent investigation confirmed what we have maintained from the beginning - there were no grounds for any charges to be filed against Mr. Kennedy," Leemon said.

The arrest occurred after the couple left a Christmas party hosted by Kathy Hilton. Despite the dramatic incident, which reportedly included Kennedy grabbing Lewber and throwing her to the ground, no visible injuries were found on Lewber by the responding officers.

Subsequently, Kennedy posted $20,000 bail and was released. In the aftermath, both Kennedy and Lewber have emphasized their individual focus on personal growth. Kennedy, for his part, is committed to his sobriety and continuing his career as a DJ. "James is grateful to have this matter behind him and is looking forward to continuing to focus on his sobriety and his DJ career," Leemon added.

The couple's split aligns with significant changes in their professional lives. "Vanderpump Rules" is set to reboot with an entirely new cast for its upcoming 12th season, removing both Kennedy and Lewber from its main lineup. The show, which started in 2013 and gained considerable popularity over the years, has become a staple of Bravo's reality TV programming.

Throughout this period, Lewber has expressed gratitude to her fans for their support. "I'm OK and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time," she wrote on Instagram.

Six days post-arrest, Lewber was seen moving out of their shared home in Los Angeles, marking a definitive end to their relationship. As both individuals navigate their paths ahead, they each express a mutual desire for healing and personal betterment.
