AceShowbiz - Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan, 40, has shared a horrifying account of a car crash she experienced last year. In a series of Instagram Stories, Buchanan revealed that she "blacked out at the wheel," leading to the crash.
She shared a photo of the wreckage, depicting a car scattered over a road and emergency services blocking traffic. She also expressed her gratitude for surviving the ordeal, "Thank you Jesus for my life! Thankful for another year."
She promised to discuss the cause of the blackout at a later time. In a separate post, she apologized to her family and friends for not informing them directly about the incident, "To my family & friends, sorry that you're finding out over socials & a year later. I just didn't want anyone to worry over Christmas."
Since 1998, Buchanan has been an integral part of the Sugababes, alongside Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy. The original group reunited in 2019 and has since enjoyed critical and commercial success.
Next year, the band will embark on their biggest-ever UK and European arena tour, kicking off in Leeds on April 8 and concluding in Glasgow on April 17. The tour will also include shows in major cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newcastle, and Milan.
