AceShowbiz - Jay Leno, the renowned comedian and former "Tonight Show" host, recently shared his unusual sleeping habits on Bill Maher's "Club Random" podcast. Despite his busy schedule, Leno admitted to getting only four hours of sleep a night.
When asked by Maher if he gets tired with such limited sleep, Leno emphatically denied it. He explained that he typically goes to bed around two or three in the morning but decided to try going to bed at midnight the night before. However, he woke up feeling groggy.
Leno also surprised the podcast host by stating that he refrains from drinking any hot liquids, including coffee. "I don't like hot liquids," he said, expressing his dislike for soup as well.
Despite his unconventional sleep habits, Leno has maintained an active lifestyle, touring extensively throughout 2024 and preparing for a 2025 tour. However, his demanding schedule has raised concerns about its impact on his health.
Recently, Leno fell 60 feet down a hill in Pennsylvania, resulting in injuries to his face and wrist. He also sustained third-degree burns in a gasoline fire in 2022 and broke several bones while riding his vintage motorcycle in the same year.
Despite these accidents, Leno's resilience remains evident. However, whether his sleep schedule contributes to these incidents is unclear. Nevertheless, the comedian shows no signs of slowing down or changing his sleep habits anytime soon.
