Meanwhile, Jay-Z has asked the court to dismiss 'cynical and calculated' rape lawsuit by an unnamed woman or for the plaintiff to reveal her identity 'immediately' to the public.

AceShowbiz - More rappers have come to Jay-Z's defense after he's named in a rape lawsuit by one of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs accusers. G-Unit rappers Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda believe that the allegations leveled at Jigga were an extortion attempt, and Diddy was the man behind it all.

"I think Diddy paid somebody to say that s**t about Jay," Murda said when met at LAX in a video obtained by TMZ. "To get the heat off of hisself. Cause Diddy looking bad out here. I think he paid someone to put the heat on Jay."

The Brooklyn icon went on to suggest that Diddy would do whatever he could to improve his current situation. "Gotta watch Diddy," Murda added. "He going through a lot right now."

Yayo was similarly hesitant about the allegations against Jay-Z, saying, "It sound like a money grab with that one." He noted, "Somebody send you a letter, and then you gotta send your lawyers? Sound like extortion."

When asked if Jay-Z made the right decision to fight allegations publicly, Yayo said, "F**k that. You gotta fight that." Murda also voiced his support, doubling down on his Diddy conspiracy theory. "That's Puff trying to set him up," he concluded.

Jay-Z himself has denied the rape allegations filed by Jane Doe in an amended complaint on Sunday, December 8. After accusing Tony Buzbee, who represents the alleged victim, of "blackmail attempt," he has now filed to dismiss the lawsuit.

"That campaign was cynical and calculated to force payment of an exorbitant sum of money-Defendant would have to pay X millions of dollars irrespective of the truth, or else," read the court documents obtained by Page Six.

"When Defendant refused to pay and instead took measures to establish his innocence, this unnamed Plaintiff and her self-promoting counsel (whose name has been splashed across headlines and press conferences under auspices of representing her) went to extraordinary lengths to shut down fair defense," the docs state.

The rapper goes on to claim that Buzbee has "leveled baseless allegations" against him while "hiding behind the pseudonym 'Jane Doe.' " The filing claims, "These claims are not about justice for victims. Nor are they about giving victims of sexual violence a voice."

"Instead, they are merely the next chapter in Attorney Buzbee's sprawling extortion saga-a saga whose aim is base and measured in dollars," Jay-Z states. The dad of three asks the court to deny the plaintiff's motion or for her identity to be "disclosed immediately" to the public.

"Fair is fair. It is not consistent with justice, fairness, or the rules governing federal proceedings for the Plaintiff and her counsel to smear [Jay-Z]'s good name," the 55-year-old says in the motion. As an alternative, Jay-Z also wants the court to dismiss Jane Doe's civil lawsuit against him "for lack of subject matter jurisdiction due to the plaintiff's lack of standing."

"Plaintiff has provided no evidence-no affidavit, declaration, or specific factual support-to establish the kind of severe harm necessary to justify pseudonymity," the docs continue. Additionally, the docs claim that the Roc Nation leader has always kept an "impeccable reputation" and has never engaged in any sexual misconduct.

Jay’s lawyer filed a separate letter to the judge asking for their request to be expedited due to the "intense media scrutiny" and "highly sensitive nature" of the lawsuit. "Every day and in real-time, Buzbee continues to amplify false narratives, exploiting the legal process to generate media attention and damage Mr. Carter's reputation. This relentless campaign underscores the need for a fast-track hearing to address these issues promptly and prevent further harm," the letter reads.

According to a press release, Jay claimed that on December 6, "Buzbee resorted to desperation tactics and filed a temporary restraining order against Carter's attorneys, which was ultimately denied by the judge."

Responding to the motion filed by Diddy, Buzbee said in a statement to Page Six, "Sending a basic litigation demand letter and then filing a lawsuit isn't extortion or blackmail. That's the legal practice."

The Texas-based attorney added that they "won't get bogged down in a silly sideshow that tries to make the lawyers the focus of what are very serious allegations brought by a courageous woman."
