AceShowbiz - Candace Cameron Bure has shared an update on Dave Coulier's condition following his cancer diagnosis. The actress portraying D.J. Tanner on "Full House" praised her co-star's "positive outlook" amid his battle with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Speaking to Us Weekly on Monday, November 25, the 48-year-old actress revealed that the 65-year-old actor has "great positive outlook" despite his health issues. She said, "I think a life lesson is just to laugh a lot. We're seeing that even with Dave Coulier right now - with his cancer diagnosis."

Candace went on to share, "He's laughing his way through it. And we're all there laughing along with him in support." She explained, "Everyone handles it differently. And Dave is a person where laughter is the best medicine. So we're doing that along with him and I'm glad."

About the "Full House" cast members, Candace said, "We are a family, it just comes natural [to support each other]. It does. So we've got the text chain, we call and we get together when we're in town and when there's some special event for someone. We just all show up and support each other." She added, "That's what family does, right? You stick together."

The update came after Dave broke the news about his cancer diagnosis. Earlier in November, he revealed that he was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In an interview, he said that he first noticed symptoms in October when he experienced an upper respiratory infection and discovered a large lump in his groin. He received the shocking news after undergoing testing.

In the wake of the revelation, Dave received heartwarming support from many, including another "Full House" co-star John Stamos. The 61-year-old actor shared via Instagram a series of photos showcasing their decades-long bond and captioned the post, "My brother from day 1. Love you @dcoulier and I'll be by your side through it all."

Not stopping there, John showed solidarity with Dave, who had shaven his head to prepare for chemotherapy, by wearing a bald cap. John also took to Instagram to praise Dave for his strength and positivity.
