According to his representative, Taylor's vehicle bumped into the rear of the car in front of him, but he noticed "no visible damage to either vehicle and no apparent injuries to either involved." Taylor then left the scene without exchanging insurance details.

The driver of the other vehicle, a woman named Michelle West, was initially enraged and pursued Taylor to a nearby gas station. TMZ released footage of Taylor and West's boyfriend examining the damage, after which Taylor drove away.

Taylor's representative released a statement claiming that he filed an insurance claim to investigate the incident and "will follow the recommendations provided by his insurance company."

This incident comes amidst a challenging year for Taylor. In August, his wife Brittany Cartwright filed for divorce and requested primary custody of their 3-year-old son, Cruz. Taylor subsequently entered a treatment facility for mental health issues, including post-traumatic stress, bipolar disorder, and narcissistic personality disorder.

After completing a 30-day inpatient program, Taylor returned to filming for "Vanderpump Rules" alongside Cartwright. He has expressed concerns about the impact of his divorce and mental health struggles on his well-being.
