AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards addressed the speculation surrounding her close friendship with Morgan Wade during the premiere of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 14. She noted that she wants to avoid talking about Wade during the show.
"I know there's a lot of curiosity about the person they always talk about," Kyle said, referring to Wade. "I'm not using her name intentionally. I don't want to speak on anyone's behalf except my own."
Kyle explained that there's currently nothing to say about her and Wade and that she wishes there was a story to tell, but that's not the case. She emphasized that she's not romantically involved with Wade, despite ongoing rumors.
Speculation about Kyle and Morgan's relationship intensified after Kyle starred as Wade's love interest in her "Fall In Love With Me" music video in August 2023. Kyle added that the video created "pressure" and "emotional distress" for her.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Kyle explained why she's decided to set a boundary for the show regarding Morgan.
"What's hard is that I can only speak on my behalf," she said. "I'm not here to speak on anyone's behalf but my own, especially someone who's not signed up to do this show and doesn't want to be spoken about on the show."
Kyle stated that she's not comfortable speaking about her close friendship with someone who hasn't agreed to be part of the show. She believes it's unfair to talk about Wade without her consent.
While Kyle remains tight-lipped about her relationship with Morgan, Season 14 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" promises plenty of drama.
