Mollen claims she only realized she had lice after boarding the plane and that her husband, Jason Biggs, failed to properly check her hair beforehand. She also confirmed that Biggs and their two sons, Sid and Lazlo, were also infected with lice.

Mollen's decision to travel with lice has sparked outrage among fans. Many criticized her for putting others at risk of catching the infestation, with one user commenting, "Wow. Are you kidding me? You got on a plane with lice? That's disgusting." Another accused her of being "entitled and gross."

Mollen defended her actions in a later video, claiming she didn't know she had lice until it was too late and that she wrapped her head in a clear plastic bag during the flight. However, fans remained unimpressed and condemned her for not taking proper precautions before boarding the plane.

Mollen eventually treated her lice at home, along with six other family members who were infected. Representatives for both Mollen and Biggs have not responded to requests for comment.
