I was at a meet and greet last night and someone asked, 'Would you ever?' Listen, I'm open to all opportunities. I loved my time on Bravo. I cried my eyes out when they let me go. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not one of these people that made a statement that said I decided to take some [time off]. I don't wanna go," she shared.

Medley has since appeared on two seasons of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" and keeps up with the current iteration of "RHONY", both as a fan and on her SiriusXM show "Reality Checked". She believes the legacy of the past cast members weighs heavily on the new group, but encourages viewers to give them a chance.

Medley also highlights the importance of seeing a diverse representation of New Yorkers on the show and hopes for a possible reunion in the future.
