Hours after it's revealed that Donald Trump won the presidential election against Kamala Harris, the reality TV star made use of her platform to promote her son Saint West's Fortnite channel.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian landed in hot water for her alleged "out of touch" Instagram post on Election Day. Hours after it was revealed that Donald Trump won the presidential election against Kamala Harris, the reality TV star made use of her platform to promote her son Saint West's Fortnite channel.

In a reel posted on Wednesday, November 6, the SKIMS founder urged her 395 million followers to follow the 8-year-old's Fortnite. "Please subscribe to my son's Fortnite channel on YouTube he will pick the best players to be in his clan," so she wrote while sharing the boy's Fortnite handle.

Upon catching wind of the post, which has since been deleted, fans quickly slammed Kim for being insensitive given the ill-timing. Referencing her sister Kourtney Kardashian's famous line, one user commented, "Kim, there's people that are dying." Another suggested, "Babes, read the room."

Someone else sarcastically commented, "Nah this post wins Most out of touch human award lol." One person, meanwhile, questioned, "Why would you invite people on the internet to interact with your son at his age? Come on Kim."

Some Internet users apparently speculated that it was Saint who posted the reel. Prior to this, Kim reportedly deleted her oldest son's YouTube page following an anti-Kamala Harris post. The said post featured a meme of the vice president's picture on the bottom of a shoe worn by a cartoon character who says, "I stepped in s**t."

Meanwhile, Kim wasn't the only Kardashian sister who got in trouble with her post on Election Day. Kourtney was slammed for an insensitive birthday cake design for her friend Simon Huck who co-founded her wellness brand Lemme.

The said cake featured the words, "Lemme Eat Cake." While it's a word play for their brand, some people appeared to think that the mom of four was referencing the famous Marie Antoinette quote, "Let them eat cake." The words were used by the French queen allegedly to mock her starving subjects.
