Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson have developed a close bond while filming the upcoming 'The Naked Gun' reboot, with each praising the other's work ethic and kindness.

AceShowbiz - Liam Neeson, 72, and Pamela Anderson, 57, have expressed their mutual admiration while filming the upcoming "The Naked Gun" reboot. Neeson, who stars in the lead role, confessed in an interview with PEOPLE magazine, "With Pamela, first off, I'm madly in love with her. She's just terrific to work with."
Impressed by Anderson's professionalism, Neeson continued, "I can't compliment her enough. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with. She's going to be terrific in the film."
Anderson echoed the praise, describing Neeson as "the perfect gentleman" and "humble." She added, "He brings out the best in you... with respect, kindness and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him."
Their onscreen chemistry aside, the co-stars also engaged in acts of kindness off-camera. Anderson shared that Neeson "sincerely looked after me - wrapped his coat around me when I was cold." In return, she prepared bread and cookies for him, leaving them in his dressing room.
Despite Neeson's enthusiasm for the project, he expressed uncertainty about his own comedic abilities. "Whether I can carry it or not, I honestly don't know," he confessed. However, Anderson reassured him, saying, "It was hard to keep a straight face in scenes together."
The "Naked Gun" reboot is based on the popular franchise starring Leslie Nielsen. Neeson portrays Frank Drebin Jr., the presumed son of Nielsen's iconic character Frank Drebin.
While Neeson recently announced his retirement from action movies in 2025, he continues to take on physically demanding roles. In his upcoming film "Absolution", he plays a former boxer diagnosed with CTE who grapples with his new reality while seeking redemption.
