Best known for his role as Brad Taylor on ABC's 'Home Improvement', the actor was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Custer County, Oklahoma, marking his second felony DUI offense.

AceShowbiz - Zachery Ty Bryan had another run-in with the law. The former star of "Home Improvement" was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Custer County, Oklahoma, marking his second felony DUI offense.

On Friday morning, October 25 around 6:47 A.M., police approached Bryan, who was sleeping in the back seat of his vehicle. After a brief conversation, officers left him alone. However, they pulled him over shortly after he started driving.

According to dashcam footage obtained by TMZ, Bryan admitted to officers that he had been drinking heavily the night before and didn't know if he had stopped before getting into his car to sleep it off. He also stated that he was leaving California because he hated the state.

Officers administered field sobriety tests, which Bryan reportedly failed. He refused a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody. Bryan's license was suspended due to a previous DUI arrest.

This is Bryan's latest run-in with the law following a series of legal troubles related to domestic violence. In 2023, he pleaded guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence in Oregon. He was sentenced to three years of supervised probation and a week in jail.

In 2020, Bryan was charged with two felony counts and a misdemeanor for allegedly assaulting and strangling his fiancée, Johnnie Faye Cartwright. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor domestic violence charges in connection with the incident.

Bryan's arrest for DUI in Oklahoma marks his fourth DUI charge overall. In February, he was arrested for a felony DUI in California.

Bryan rose to fame in the 1990s as the eldest child on "Home Improvement," which also starred Tim Allen and Jonathan Taylor Thomas. After the show ended in 1999, Bryan pursued film and television roles and became an executive producer of independent films. He became a conservative commentator on Fox News and The Daily Wire in recent years.
