AceShowbiz - Tom Sandoval and his band The Most Extras' recent gig might not be one of their best experiences. The "Vanderpump Rules" star became the butt of everyone's jokes after he was seen performing to a half-empty crowd at a small New York City venue.

In a video circulating online, Tom could be seen taking the stage at the intimate Sony Hall on September 30. The clip showed that only a few seats in the venue, which holds the capacity of just 500 with tables, were filled when the 42-year-old singer/reality TV star and his band performed to their best.

As if that wasn't enough, the audience didn't seem to show their interest in Tom's performance. Most of them had their eyes on their phone, probably looking at something more entertaining.

Another video, meanwhile, showed Tom interacting with the audience. The former boyfriend of Ariana Madix could also be seen taking photos with fans among the crowd.

An attendee told The U.S. Sun, "I would be surprised if he broke even from the event." Another commented, "It was the oddest thing, it was like watching a mediocre wedding band with a lead singer who thinks he's Freddie Mercury."

This wasn't the first time Tom was trolled online in the last few weeks. Last month, the "Tom Tom Bar" owner was slammed for sounding "awful" while performing at a wedding. Someone criticized, "He literally thinks he's the main character."

“Him being a wedding singer while Ariana has been on Broadway twice is truly just … chef's kiss," another noted. The person was referring to Ariana's Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago.

Despite backlash, Tom is seemingly living his best life with Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras currently being on tour. He also enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson as they were recently seen having fun while attending a Limp Bizkit concert. "So much fun baby! … another great memory," so Tom wrote on Instagram Stories.
