AceShowbiz - British actor David Graham, known for lending his voice to iconic characters across generations, has died at 99. Anderson Entertainment, the company behind the "Thunderbirds" franchise, confirmed the news on social media.

Born in London, Graham served as a radar mechanic in the Royal Air Force during World War II. He later studied acting in New York and began his entertainment career in the 1950s. However, it was in the 1960s that his voice gained prominence.

In 1963, Graham originated the menacing voices of the Daleks on the BBC's "Doctor Who", terrifying audiences with their distinctive staccato speech. He also voiced Aloysius Parker, the loyal butler and chauffeur in the groundbreaking puppet series 'Thunderbirds".

In 2012, Graham joined the cast of "Peppa Pig", voicing Grandpa Pig. His warm and grandfatherly voice became familiar to countless children worldwide, endearing him to a new generation.

Throughout his career, Graham maintained a deep respect for voice acting. "I do act while I'm doing the voice. I put all my energy in," he said in a 2015 interview. "Just because it's a cartoon or puppet doesn't mean you don't take it seriously."

Graham's death has left a void in the entertainment industry. "Thunderbirds" creator Gerry Anderson described him as "always a wonderful friend." His many memorable performances will continue to entertain and inspire audiences for years to come.
