On Friday, September 13, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore was seen kissing, hugging, and engaging in other PDAs with a tattooed man on the sidewalk.

While the identity of Rumer's new romance remains unknown, he was seen wearing a Los Angeles Fire Department t-shirt. Meanwhile, the 36-year-old actress dressed casually in a light blue sundress and cowboy boots.

Rumer shares 16-month-old daughter, Louetta, with her ex Derek. On Instagram, she recently showcased a tattoo on her left forearm that simply reads "Louetta." She also shared snapshots from a mother-daughter trip to New York City, including images of matcha ice cream and tacos.

Rumer has confirmed her breakup from Thomas in August via an Instagram Stories AMA. "Nope, I am single momming it and co-parenting," she responded to a fan's inquiry. Despite the split, she remains grateful for the time they shared and considers Louetta the best thing in her life.

Grandma Demi Moore is also doting on her first grandchild. During a recent appearance on "Late Night With Seth Meyers", she admitted to giving Louetta unapproved snacks despite her daughter's disapproval.

Rumer has opened up about how fulfilling motherhood has been for her. "As soon as I had her, it was like everything really clicked into place," she told PEOPLE. "It was exactly what I thought it would be."
