AceShowbiz - Meredith Marks, star of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," disclosed on Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" podcast that she has undergone her third breast reduction due to a rare medical condition.

"My breast tissue doesn't stop growing!" she exclaimed. "It's wild. I have this weird issue and I'm hoping this is [my final breast reduction]."

Marks, 52, said that despite not having an official diagnosis, she believes the condition is "hormonal and genetic" as her mother experienced similar issues. "I just was too big to start. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right," she explained.

The jewelry designer revealed that her ongoing breast growth had affected her self-esteem and wardrobe, but that surgery had improved both. "Clothes are fitting better now," she said.

While she hopes no further reductions are necessary, Marks is prepared to undergo additional surgeries if growth persists, acknowledging that "unless I want to look matronly."

Marks jokingly shared that her co-star and friend Heather Gay was envious of her growing breasts. "Her response was so funny," Marks said. "I was laughing so hard."

The new season of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" premieres on Wednesday, September 18, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
