AceShowbiz - Rebel Wilson may be preparing for her wedding that allegedly will be held very soon. It has been reported that the actress portraying Fat Amy in "Pitch Perfect" is set to marry Ramona Agruma this month in Sardinia.

On Monday, September 2, Daily Mail revealed details about the 44-year-old actress' upcoming nuptials away from the United States. According to the media outlet, she "plans to tie the knot with her 40-year-old fiancee" on "a large Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea."

It was also spilled that Rebel and Ramona were "supposed to get married next year but Rebel moved up the date." On the reason behind changing the wedding date, a source unveiled to the outlet, "Rebel doesn't want to wait any longer."

The source went on to say, "She is happy to marry this month because she is very much in love with Ramona and wants to be wed." About the wedding ceremony, the source shared, "It will be a small ceremony with close friends and family, and also very elegant."

Rebel and Ramona have been engaged for more than one year. The perfect pair went public with their romance in June 2022. Since then, they have faced challenges stemming from Ramona's European heritage.

Despite the time she has spent together with Ramona, Rebel previously admitted that she has not met her future in-laws due to cultural differences. During a video interview with "Today", she explained, "Ramona was born in Latvia, and it's not as LGBTQ+-friendly as other countries are."

The "Senior Year" actress went on to elaborate, "I just think some people need a bit more time, and some people won't ever come around to it, and that's fine, and that's their decision. There are still parts of the world that aren't as accepting."

Despite these barriers, Rebel was optimistic about meeting Ramona's parents. The couple planned to travel to Europe not long following the interview. "I'm really excited to meet them because I know they are very smart. Ramona's mother is a doctor," she stated at that time.
