The reality TV star reveals behind-the-scenes secrets from her infamous 2010 arrest on 'Jersey Shore' when she was arrested on the beach for public intoxication.

AceShowbiz - In a recent podcast episode, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi shared a shocking revelation about her 2010 arrest on the MTV reality series "Jersey Shore". According to Polizzi, a producer allegedly instructed the police to arrest her on the beach for public intoxication.

"Those cops weren't on shift for the town," Polizzi said. "They were on shift from production to make sure they are protecting us from crazy people."

Polizzi recalled that she had been drinking heavily that day and was "starting to black out" when she was handcuffed. She added that the arrest was not legitimate as the officers were not working for the town.

On July 30, 2010, Polizzi was booked in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and criminal annoyance. The charges were later dropped, and she was fined $500 and ordered to do community service.

On the other hand, Polizzi also admitted that she had advised Traci Lynn Johnson, Tiki Barber's wife, against joining "The Real Housewives of New Jersey". According to Polizzi, she had warned Johnson that she was too nice to handle the drama on the show. Johnson later regretted her decision to join "RHONJ" and felt caught between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice.

Despite her past experiences, Polizzi remains a positive and fun-loving person. She currently appears on the "Jersey Shore" spin-off, "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation".
