However, Gotti's team quickly moved to clarify the situation, confirming that the producer had indeed experienced a minor stroke six months ago due to long-standing diabetes issues. "Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago," a representative told TMZ. "He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He's been successful in making a full recovery. Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life."

Wack 100's claims included a disturbing narrative that Gotti had "lost a lot weight" and needed a cane to walk, only for Gotti's team to assure fans of his recovery. "Irv is not in a rehab facility," they emphasized, debunking speculations about his condition.
