AceShowbiz - Princess Kate Middleton made a rare public appearance on Sunday, August 25 alongside her husband, Prince William, and their son, Prince George. The family was photographed arriving at Crathie Kirk church on the Balmoral Estate in Scotland for a Sunday service.
For the occasion, Kate, 42, sported a beige plaid Holland Cooper jacket, a brown fedora with feathers, and dangling gold earrings. Prince William, also 42, wore a navy blue suit.
Joining the family at the service were King Charles III and Queen Camilla, who battled cancer themselves. The couple wore traditional Scottish tartan outfits. Other royal family members in attendance included Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.
It was Kate's first public appearance since July, when she attended the men's final at Wimbledon while wearing a purple dress. At the time, she received a standing ovation from the crowd.
Kate has been undergoing cancer treatment for the past few months and has largely kept out of the spotlight since announcing her diagnosis in March. Earlier this month, she and William released a video message paying tribute to the British Olympic team, in which she spoke about "good days and bad days" during chemotherapy.
Despite her health struggles, Kate appeared in good spirits at the church service. She could be seen smiling and chatting with her husband and son while sitting in their vehicle.
