Justin has already proven himself to be a doting father. "Justin's already a great dad," the source added. "The pregnancy was something that they very much wished and prayed for," the source told PEOPLE.
"The day they found out that Hailey was pregnant was the best ever for Justin," the source continued. "He was over the moon with excitement. It was a big celebration for them."
It was also said that both parents and the newborn are doing well at home. "They're both overjoyed," the source revealed. "The baby is such a miracle. He's adorable and doing well. Hailey's doing well, too."
Justin shared the news of his son's birth on Instagram on Friday, writing, "WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER." Hailey shared the same photo on her Instagram Stories, adding the baby's name with a teddy bear and blue heart emoji.
