AceShowbiz - There is no end in sight to Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal drama. While he continues laying low amid looming indictment, one of his accusers has reportedly fed the feds more information to indict him.
Adria English, who is already suing the rapper for allegedly sex-trafficking her at his White Parties, has reportedly filed a police report. According to TMZ which first reported the news, she spoke to Miami Beach PD last week.
Law enforcement sources confirmed Miami Beach PD detectives took a report from Adria, who shared details of the same allegations, dating back to early 2000s, she laid out in her civil lawsuit against Diddy. While she filed her lawsuit on July 3, she had not filed a police report before last week.
The law enforcement sources said the detectives did file the report, but they determined there was not enough evidence to investigate human trafficking or any other crime. They, however, will share the report with federal authorities running parallel investigations.
Adria's attorney Ariel Mitchell told Us. Weekly, "Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her journey to justice starting with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now with the filing of a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department."
"Ms. English hopes to file an additional criminal complaint in New York but has been precluded to this point as New York requires an individual to be in person in order to file a criminal complaint," the statement from the attorney continued to read.
"We look forward to hopefully being able to pursue justice as quickly as possible with the support of others who are interested in standing with her against the injustice she and others have faced at the hands of Mr. Combs," the statement concluded.
In her original lawsuit, Adria alleges she worked at parties hosted by Diddy in an effort to help her then-boyfriend land a modeling job with Sean John. At the parties, she says she would drink alcohol laced with narcotics like ecstasy and would be asked to flirt with guests. She claims she had "forced sexual intercourse" with Diddy's associates and was paid an extra $1,000 compared to the usual fee for working the parties.
Diddy has vehemently denied all of the allegations against him over the last year. His properties in Los Angeles, New York and Miami were also raided by the Department of Homeland Security back in March, but he has not been charged yet.
