AceShowbiz - Donatella Arpaia, who welcomed her first child with husband Allan Stewart in 2011 on her 40th birthday, struggled to conceive another baby. Inspired by then-new mom Hoda Kotb, who had welcomed her daughter Haley Joy through adoption in February 2017, the couple considered other options to expand their family.
However, after one final round of IVF, the celebrity chef became pregnant with her second child at the age of 47. She gave birth to boy-girl twins, son Noah Christian and daughter Emma Mariella, in October 2018.
