AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj may launch new music in the near future. The "Barbie World" raptress has left her fans, famously known as Barbz, surprised as she previewed an unreleased song featuring Wizkid.

Recently, the 41-year-old female hip-hop artist took her time to hop on a livestream via Instagram and let her followers listen to the track. Before playing a snippet, she told the viewers that the song is from "like eight years ago."

When the recording was played in the background, Nicki, who recently announced her "Gag City Reloaded" tour, moved her body a little bit before putting both of her hands up in the air, seemingly showing that she likes the song. At one point, she mouthed a part of the lyrics.

During the Instagram Live, Nicki also teased another unreleased track that seemingly only features herself. The "Pink Friday Girls" rapper, who was sitting on a white sofa while reading the comments, also mouthed the lyrics and danced.

Nicki looked stunning in a vibrant outfit, including a short-sleeved top that came with patterns all over it and a low-cut V-neck design. She also donned a pink bonnet that featured colorful graphics. In addition, she styled her blonde-and-pink tresses, which cascaded down her chest, in waves.

Some short clips from the livestream were later shared by a blog via Instagram. It prompted social media users to share their thoughts on the unreleased songs. In the comments section, one in particular appeared surprised, writing, "Big Wiz x Nicki Minaj wasn't something I expected [a slew of clapping hands emojis]."

Another criticized, "Her music doesn't hit no more. Let's be honest." Meanwhile, a third came to Nicki's defense, "Yall be doing all this bad mouth talking in comments in she still the highest paid most record breaking most billboard hits by any female rapper in history." In the meantime, other users demanded Nicki create new music with Kendrick Lamar and release her joint track with Burna Boy.
