AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner, two of the women who have shared some portions of their lives with Ben Affleck, had very different ways to celebrate his birthday. J.Lo appeared to snub her estranged husband on social media, while Garner paid her former hubby a visit.

On Thursday, August 15, the day Affleck turned 51 years old, the Bronx native instead chose to focus on herself. She posted on her Instagram page some throwback snaps from her own recent birthday.

In the photos, the 55-year-old singer/actress showed off her slender figure in a sheer Dior gown. The "If You Had My Love" songstress kept things modest with a nude bodysuit under the wrap-front dress, which was adorned with shiny floral-shaped embellishments and tied together with a black ribbon belt.

The dress had a high slit that allows its wearer to showcase her legs. She stood in front of a car while her hair was styled in a flirty ponytail. She accessorized with diamond earrings and carried a beaded purse.

The pictures were taken in July, ahead of her birthday dinner at Nick & Toni's restaurant in the Hamptons. She simply captioned the snaps with, "Dior."

While Lopez seemingly showed Affleck what he's missing, Garner paid a visit to her ex-husband on Thursday. The actress, who had a cameo in "Deadpool & Wolverine", wore a stripped white T-shirt and a pair of navy trousers during her stop at the actor's Brentwood, California rental home.

The 52-year-old put on a pair of glasses and simple jewelry that included some dainty silver earrings and an Apple watch. Her brunette hair was neatly pulled back in a ponytail as she headed into Affleck's house.

The "13 Going on 30" star looked in good spirits, flashing a friendly wave to paparazzi when leaving Affleck's house. He was seen smiling while sitting behind the wheel of her sleek BMW.

Affleck and J.Lo, who married in Las Vegas in July 2022 after rekindling their romance in 2021, have been living separately for months now. They reportedly have finalized their divorce, but have yet to officially file it.

Rumor has it that the two-time Oscar winner made the decision to quit his second marriage because he fears it might cause relapse. A source recently told RadarOnline.com, "The marriage was incredibly overwhelming - J.Lo lives a very glam lifestyle, and he was often faced with temptation." The Oscar-winning screenwriter was said to be "risking his sobriety in that environment" and so he "had to leave to avoid his worst nightmare - a relapse."

An insider additionally claimed, "It's really unhealthy for him to be around any kind of alcohol. And with J. Lo, the drinking came with parties, surrounded by fake people who treated him special because of his fame, which was a trigger for him."
