The popular streamer begs random police officers he meets on the street to free the 'Sicko Mode' rapper, claiming, 'Everybody's concerned, everybody's worried, so we gotta get him freed.'

AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II)'s recent arrest drew concern and immediate action from his close friend and popular streamer Kai Cenat, who also happened to be in Paris. Cenat went up to a random squad car, pleading for Scott's release, albeit unsuccessfully. "Please, just free Travis right now," he implored the officer. "Everybody's concerned, everybody's worried, so we gotta get him freed." Despite his efforts, Cenat walked away without any resolution.

Cenat and Scott's friendship is well-documented, with the rapper frequently participating in Cenat's streams and the latter expressing frustration over Scott's losses at the 2024 Grammy Awards. This camaraderie underscores the widespread support the rapper enjoys among his fans and celebrity friends, even amidst his legal troubles.

Scott, known for hits like "Sicko Mode" and "Highest in the Room", found himself in hot water once again during his stay in Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympics. Early Friday morning, August 9, he was arrested following an altercation with a security guard at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel George V. French authorities confirmed, "The arrest occurred after police were called to the Georges V hotel early Friday to arrest a man 'nicknamed Travis Scott for violence against a security guard.' " This altercation reportedly stemmed from tensions with paparazzi that had been simmering over multiple days.

Footage of the arrest, obtained by TMZ, shows Scott being pulled out of the hotel lobby with his hands up before being placed in handcuffs. The rapper, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, appeared visibly intoxicated and had shattered vase glasses during the altercation. After his booking, he was also taken to a hospital to ensure he wasn't injured.

Scott's representatives issued a statement saying, "We are in direct communication with the local Parisian authorities to swiftly resolve this matter and will provide updates when appropriate." Presently, Scott remains in custody while investigations continue, with police interviewing witnesses, hotel employees, and reviewing surveillance footage.

This isn't the first time legal troubles have plagued Scott. He was recently arrested in June in Miami on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing at a yacht marina, and faced allegations of assaulting a nightclub worker in New York City in 2023. Despite these incidents, Scott continues to be a massive figure in the hip-hop industry, with over 100 Billboard Hot 100 songs to his name.
