U.S. rapper Travis Scott finds himself in legal trouble again as he faces allegations of violence against a security guard in Paris while in the city for the Olympic Games.

French prosecutors stated in a release, "The arrest occurred after police were called to the Georges V hotel early Friday to arrest a man 'nicknamed Travis Scott for violence against a security guard'."
The hotel's security staff reportedly intervened when a dispute broke out between the rapper and his own bodyguard, leading to the police being summoned. Various sources within the French media have claimed that Scott was intoxicated at the time.
Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, was in the City of Light to witness the U.S. men's basketball team's rally over Serbia in the semifinal match, where prominent NBA stars like Stephen Curry and LeBron James secured a win.
He celebrated the game on social media, tweeting, "Some body tell @KingJames I need Olympic jerzzzz." He added, "That game was f***ing wilddddddd." However, the hip-hop star has not commented publicly on his recent arrest.
This incident is not the first time Scott has found himself in hot water. In June, he was arrested in Miami on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing at a yacht marina. According to a source cited by Entertainment Weekly, the Miami incident was described as "a minor incident" akin to receiving a ticket with no injuries.
Furthermore, in 2023, he faced allegations of assaulting a nightclub worker in New York City, a matter that was reportedly settled outside of court.
