AceShowbiz - Katy Perry nearly avoided wardrobe malfunction during her getaway with fiance Orlando Bloom. In a photo obtained from their vacay in Maiori, Italy, the "Fireworks" hitmaker could be seen almost losing her bikini top while swimming on the sea.

For the fun outing, Katy donned a green two-piece bikini on holiday. At one point, she was seen fixing her strapless bikini top which she only tied at the back. Thankfully, the pop star seemingly handled the wardrobe mishap under the water, hidden from the paparazzi cameras.

Orlando, meanwhile, showed off his figure by going shirtless during the vacation. The "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" star only wore black trunks as he had a pair of goggles with him.

The couple's holiday came after Katy released her new track, "Lifetimes", on Friday, August 2. The song followed "Woman's World" and marked her second track for her upcoming sixth studio album, "143".

In the music video for "Lifetimes", the former "American Idol" judge went to Ibiza to party on the Spanish island. In the Stillz-directed music video, the songstress could be seen on a ferry sailing toward Ibiza. She later enjoyed an eventful vacation filled with partying, swimming and frolicking around the beach with friends.

"The One That Got Away" hitmaker looked stunning in several ensembles throughout the music video. She once wore a bedazzled butterfly top and bright red matching set as she danced at various bars and clubs.

"Baby, you and me for infinity/ My eternity (My eternity)/ Baby, you and me for infinity/ My eternity, yeah (My eternity)," the Grammy winner nominee sings. Concluding the visuals, Katy rode on the back of a motorcycle with an unidentified man before it cut back on the ferry, where she had a large water bottle with a vomit bag in her lap.
