The post featured several heartwarming photos of the couple. Kibriyaa was seen wearing a stunning engagement ring, a cushion-cut solitaire diamond set on a gold band. In one photo, the couple shared a passionate kiss, while in another, they posed sweetly before a home's entrance.

The bride-to-be also shared her excitement on social media, writing, "The big kids are getting married!!!! Ahhhhhh I could not love you more if I tried." The post garnered numerous congratulatory messages from Moore's celebrity friends, including Ellen Pompeo, Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner.

The happy family celebrated Caleb's engagement with dinner at a New York City restaurant. Moore, her husband Bart Freundlich, Liv, and several of Kibriyaa's family members attended the gathering. Caleb and Kibriyaa first became romantically linked in April 2017, and they graduated from Davidson College together in 2020.

Moore's son is set to release a new single, "Surrender", on August 12th. He also works as a part-time adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

In addition to her family celebrations, Moore is currently promoting her upcoming film, "The Room Next Door", which will premiere at the Venice International Film Festival. The film, directed by Pedro Almodovar, stars Moore and Tilda Swinton as best friends who confront their past and present.
