The necklace, originally famous from "Titanic" and later worn by Celine Dion at the 1998 Oscars, gave Sam's performance an unexpected twist of nostalgia and opulence. Asprey crafted the updated version Smith wore, featuring a 40-carat heart-shaped blue topaz pendant on an 18-carat white gold chain.
