AceShowbiz - Prepare for the star-spangled return of Captain America! Anthony Mackie has unveiled a fresh look at his new suit in a special 4th of July celebration ahead of the highly anticipated release of "Captain America: Brave New World".
In a photo shared on social media, Mackie's Sam Wilson is sporting a sleek and striking costume. The dark blue hues hint at a return to a more traditional design, reminiscent of the attire worn by Chris Evans as Steve Rogers.
"Brave New World" marks Anthony Mackie's solo debut as Captain America, under the direction of Julius Onah. The film will also welcome Harrison Ford as Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross and introduce Giancarlo Esposito as an unnamed villain. Reshoots have recently concluded, paving the way for the first official footage to drop soon.
The film serves as a spiritual sequel to "The Incredible Hulk", featuring Liv Tyler as Bruce Banner's former flame, Betty Ross. In addition, Danny Ramirez, Carl Lumbly, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Seth Rollins and Rosa Salazar join the cast in undisclosed roles.
