The Man of Steel's secret identity has always hinged on a pair of glasses and a slight change in hairstyle. This isn't necessarily what fans expected, but it indicates that Corenswet will wholly immerse himself in the duality of Clark Kent, reminiscent of Reeve's commendable efforts, which no actor has fully achieved since, albeit Brandon Routh came close in "Superman Returns."

Additionally, Clark's round glasses, strikingly similar to those worn by Reeve, add another layer of nostalgic charm.

The upcoming Superman movie delves into our hero's journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing in Smallville, Kansas. Eventually, he evolves into the embodiment of truth, justice, and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that often views kindness as outdated.
