The singer, who recently unleashed her album titled 'Brat', condemns fans who have been targeting the 'All Too Well' hitmaker with 'Taylor Swift Is Dead' chants at her concerts.

AceShowbiz - Charli XCX has unequivocally condemned fans who have engaged in a hate campaign against Taylor Swift. On Sunday, June 23, the "360" singer took to Instagram to address the issue, which has seen some fans criticize Swift online and even lead "Taylor Swift Is Dead" chants at Charli's concerts.
"Can the people who do this please stop. Online or at my shows," Charli wrote in an Instagram Story, sharing a screenshot of an X user's video that brought the ill-mannered chants to her attention.
"It is the opposite of what I want and it disturbs me that anyone would think there is room for this in this community," she added. "I will not tolerate it."
The chants and posts appear to have stemmed from fans' mistaken assumption that Charli's song "Sympathy Is a Knife" is about her insecurity around Swift. Charli previously opened for Swift on her "1989" stadium tour, along with Camila Cabello.
Charli's defense of Swift comes amidst the release of her own album, "Brat", and the remix of her track "girl, so confusing version with lorde". In the remix, Charli addresses her complicated friendship with Lorde, 27, after fans speculated that the original song was aimed at her.
Charli's request for fans to be civil and respectful towards Swift has been met with support from both Swift's and Charli's fans. Taylor Nation, Swift's fan club, has not yet commented on the issue.
