In the midst of a contentious divorce, the actress is seeking financial support from her estranged husband while accusing him of delaying financial disclosure and dragging out the proceedings.

AceShowbiz - Shannen Doherty, 53, has filed a motion in Los Angeles, requesting $15,343 in monthly spousal support from Kurt Iswarienko, retroactive to June 1, 2024. She also seeks $9,100 in attorney fees and costs.

Doherty claims that due to her ongoing stage four breast cancer diagnosis, she has been unable to work and has no future employment prospects. Her income is primarily residual from her acting career, with a majority coming from her role in the television show "Charmed". However, she notes that the show's streaming rights will expire on June 30, 2024, significantly reducing her income.

Doherty alleges that Iswarienko, a professional photographer, has failed to provide documentation regarding his income, assets, and earning capacity. She claims he has neglected to disclose information about original works created during their marriage, which she believes is a valuable community asset.

Doherty argues that Iswarienko is intentionally delaying settlement in the divorce, hoping she will not survive the proceedings. She has filed a separate motion to compel him to turn over the requested financial information.

Iswarienko has agreed that the marriage is over but contends that support should be determined later in the case. He has yet to respond to the motion regarding his income disclosure.

Doherty's monthly income is approximately $21,000, with assets including $250,000 in the bank and $1.8 million in stock and bonds. She also has around $3 million in other property. Her monthly expenses total approximately $53,000.

In December 2023, Doherty publicly accused Iswarienko of having an affair with his talent agent, Collier Grimm. She discovered the alleged infidelity shortly before undergoing brain surgery for her cancer. Doherty's lawyer states that her health issues have significantly impacted her emotional and financial well-being.

The ongoing divorce battle appears to be contentious, with both parties seeking resolution in their favor. As Doherty faces her health challenges, she remains determined to secure financial support and closure in the divorce proceedings.
